How does the electric shaker work and how do I charge it?
Add your liquid and powder, close the lid, then activate the motor to get a homogeneous mixture in seconds. The shaker is easily recharged via USB-C. For maintenance, rinse the container and gently clean the motor block with a damp cloth.

Does the shaker really eliminate lumps?
Its mixing system is designed to efficiently distribute the powder in your drink and obtain a smoother and more homogeneous texture. For best results, first add the liquid, then the powder, and activate the mixing.
What is the delivery time and where do you deliver?
We deliver everywhere in Canada. Delays may vary depending on your address and the product ordered, and tracking information will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days after receipt to contact us with your order number. The item must be unused, clean and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, visibly used items may not be eligible for return. In case of a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours with a photo for a replacement or refund.
